摘要

油气是主要的能源之一,但是由于油气的特殊性,需要对其进行输送,而管道输送是最为安全和便捷的一种输送方式,也是最节省经济成本的,在油气的输送过程中,安全运行管理是非常重要的,这也是在平时比较容易忽视的问题,随着油气用量的不断加大,在输送过程中的安全问题也变得越来越多,尤其是长输油气管道,更应该强化管道安全运行问题。本文在深入分析长输油气管道安全运行特点的基础上,较为详细的阐述了安全运行管理的基本要点,希望能在一定程度上起到促进长输油气管道安全的实际作用。
        Oil and gas is one of the main energy sources, but due to the particularity of oil and gas, it needs to be transported. Pipeline transportation is the safest and most convenient way to transport, and it is also the most economical. In the process of oil and gas transportation, safe operation management is very important. This is also a problem that is easy to ignore in peacetime. With the increasing use of oil and gas, the safety problems in the transportation process have become more and more.Especially for long-distance oil and gas pipelines, it is more important to strengthen the safe operation of the pipeline. Based on the in-depth analysis of the safe operation characteristics of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, this paper elaborates the basic points of safe operation management in detail, and hopes to play a practical role in promoting the safety of long-distance oil and gas pipelines to a certain extent.
