摘要
油气田地面建设工程工期目标管理在实际中的应用就是工期目标管理体系,该体系具有很强的操作性,对于油气田工程的开展发挥着不可替代的重要意义。首先对目标管理体系的考核系数进行了分析,然后研究了体系的管理目标值和绩效考核,最后阐述了目标管理体系建立的意义。
The application of target management of construction period in oil and gas field surface construction project is target management system of construction period,which has strong operability and plays an irreplaceable important role in the development of oil and gas field project.This paper first analyses the evaluation coefficient of the target management system,then studies the management objective value and performance evaluation of the system,and finally expounds the significance of the establishment of the target management system.
