摘要

针对熔渣-非熔渣水煤浆分级气化装置高压闪蒸罐闪蒸气存在带水带灰等问题,从煤质、系统平衡等方面分析其原因、阐述其对气化装置运行的影响并给出相应的解决措施。通过现场改造和日常管理的优化,使高压闪蒸罐闪蒸气带水带灰问题得到彻底解决。
        In connection with the problem of flash gas entrained water and ash of high pressure flash drum in slag and non-slag coal water slurry staged gasification unit,the causes are analyzed from the aspects of coal quality,system balance,etc.,its impact on the operation of the gasification unit is elaborated, and relevant countermeasures are proposed. Through on-site renovation and daily management optimization,the problem of water and ash entrainment of high pressure flash drum flash gas has been solved completely.
