摘要
安全阀是化工装置中防止压力容器、压力管道因超压而发生损伤的阀门。当被保护对象内的介质压力超过安全阀设定的正常工作压力时,安全阀将会自动开启泄压,使保护对象不因超压而发生事故。因此,不合理的安全阀计算与设计将会导致超压泄放引起火灾、爆炸等事故。以常规蒸汽凝液闪蒸罐上的通用式安全阀为研究对象,对其进、出口管道安装设计进行探讨,对管道设计中可能出现的问题进行具体分析,并提出解决措施,确保安全阀可以正常使用。
Safety Valve is the device for protecting damages of pressure vessels and piping due to extra high pressure occurred. Inappropriate calculation and design of safety valve capacity may introduce its pressure release at the pressure higher than the expected one so that accidents such as fire or explosion may be induced. In this article, with the safety valve commonly used in steam condensed liquid tank as the studying object, the design of the inlet and outlet of its connected pipeline was discussed. The problems may encountered in the design were analyzed and the relevant measures for ensuring safe operation of the valve were presented.
