腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术后假性动脉瘤形成2例

<正>胰十二指肠切除术(pancreatoduodeneetomy,PD)是目前治疗壶腹周围肿瘤的标准术式,随着微创技术在外科领域的广泛应用,腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy,LPD)已逐渐在国内大型的腔镜中心开展,术后出血是主要并发症之一,大多数是由于胰漏所致,术后假性动脉瘤破裂所导致的出血在临床并不多见。我科2013年11月～2018年6月行LPD 410例,其中2例LPD术后假性动脉瘤形成,报道如下。
