摘要

针对结构类似零件的工艺装备设计需求,以UG/NX10软件为设计平台,运用PTS(product template studio)产品模块工作室功能模块,实现结构类似零件的工艺装备的快速设计。本文还包含模块管理和基于三维模型的工装设计流程的优化。PTS模块化设计大大简化了设计流程,提高了设计效率,优化了设计方案。
        With UG/NX10 as the design platform,PTS(product template studio)product module studio is used to rapid design the tooling with similar structure product. As well as module management and 3 D model-based tooling design process optimization,greatly improve design efficiency,simplify the design process and optimized the design.
