基于数据挖掘小儿过敏性咳嗽中医方药用药规律

摘要
目的通过对收集到的数据进行分析整理,探究中医方药治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的用药规律,以更好地指导临床用药。方法以CNKI、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库为检索库,检索2005年-2017年中医方药治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的文献,并通过频率分析法对数据进行分析总结。结果符合纳入标准的文献共44篇,涉及药味86种,使用频率> 9%的中药共30味,涉及功效共14类,药味7味,药性共8种,归经11条。其中药物使用频率最高的为甘草,药性多偏于温和、平缓,且以调理肺、肾、脾三脏为主。结论应用数据挖掘方法探索小儿过敏性咳嗽中医方药的用药规律研究,可以更加直观和明确地为临床用药提供参考依据。
Objective To analyze and sort out the collected data, and to explore the medication law of TCM formulas in treating children allergic cough, so as to guide clinical medication better. Methods CNKI, Wanfang, Vepsa and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBLD) were used as the retrieval database to retrieve literatures on the treatment of children's allergic cough with TCM formulas in the past 13 years from 2005 to 2017, and the data were analyzed and summarized by frequency analysis method. Results A total of 44 literatures met the inclusion criteria, involving 86 kinds of medicinal herbs, 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with the use frequency >9%, 14 kinds of efficacy, 7 kinds of herb flavour, 8 kinds of herb nature and 11 channels. Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae) is the most frequently used drug, which is mostly mild and gentle, and mainly regulates lung, kidney and spleen. Conclusion The application of data mining method to explore the prescription law of traditional Chinese medicine in children allergic cough can provide more intuitive and clear reference for clinical medication.
