新时代地方高校学报多元化发展策略

摘要
当今随着互联网、大数据等新技术的迅猛发展,国家文化出版体制改革亦不断推进。地方高校学报作为一种特殊的文化传媒,应该紧紧把握新时代发展的脉搏,结合自身的办刊优势,扬长避短,改革创新,突破单一化、封闭化的办刊模式,树立起市场化的办刊理念。采取本地化、数字化和品牌化等多元化的期刊发展策略,加强期刊的地域文化和学术文化建设,不断提升期刊的质量和影响力。
With the rapid development of new technologies such as Internet and big data in the new era, the national cultural publishing system is being reformed continuously. As a kind of special cultural media, local university journals should be clear about the direction of development in the new ear, carry out reform and innovation, abandon the unitary, closed mode of management, develop the idea of marketization, and adopt the diversified development strategies such as localization, digitalization, and brand cultivation so as to reinforce their local and academic cultural construction and constantly improve their quality and influence.
