摘要
①目的探讨血糖控制水平对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者骨吸收指标的影响。②方法选取华北理工大学附属医院符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊标准的2型糖尿病患者260例,年龄42~76岁(58.90±9.87)。测定生化指标血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、血碱性生化磷酸酶(ALP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c);测定身高、体质量,计算体质量指数;详细询问患者年龄、糖尿病病程。按照患者糖化血红蛋白水平分为3组,血糖控制达标组39例,HbA1c≤6.5%,血糖控制一般组78例,6.5%        Objective Effect of blood glucose control on bone resorption in patients with diabetic osteoporosis.Methods 260 cases of type 2 diabetes,aged 42~76 years(58.90±9.87),were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital of North China Polytechnic University which were in line with the standard of WHO diabetes in 1999.Determination of bone resorption index:parathyroidin(PTH),I collagen hydroxyl end peptide beta degradation product(beta-CTX).Bone formation index:1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3(1, 25(OH) 2D3),osteocalcin(BGP),type 1 procollagen amino end peptide(PINP).Biochemical indexes including serum calcium(Ca), blood phosphorus(P) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and Fasting blood glucose(FPG) and postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) were measured.The height and weight were measured and the body mass index was calculated.The patient's age and duration of diabetes were inquired in detail.According to the level of HbA1c,the patients were divided into three groups:39 cases with good blood glucose control,HbA1c < 6.5%,78 cases with normal blood glucose control,6.5%
