慢性精神分裂症家庭照料者心理健康、生活质量及影响因素研究

摘要
目的分析慢性精神分裂症家庭照料者心理健康、生活质量及影响因素。方法采集医院2017年7月—2018年7月精神科诊治慢性精神分裂患者的58例家庭照料者资料,设为观察组;另采集医院体检健康人群的58例健康家庭非照料者资料,设为对照组;采用人口统计学问卷及症状自评量表SCL-90、生活质量综合问卷表展开调查。结果观察组心理健康总均分(1.58±0.27)分高于对照组(1.20±0.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);观察组生活质量总均分(43.55±8.37)分相比对照组(52.67±11.24)分较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);影响生活质量的因素共4个,分别为:照料者与患者关系、居住地、病情程度、月收入。结论慢性精神分裂症家庭照料者的心理健康较差,且生活质量不高。
Objective To analyze the mental health, quality of life and influencing factors of family caregivers for patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods The data of 58 family caregivers of patients diagnosed with chronic schizophrenia in the psychiatric department between July 2017 and July 2018 were enrolled in the study and set as the observation group. The data from58 healthy people who admitted physical examination in the hospital were collected and used as the control group. The demographic questionnaire, the symptom self-rating scale SCL-90 and the quality of life questionnaire wereemployed. Results The total average score of mental health was(1.58±0.27) points in the observation group, higher than that in the control group, which was(1.20±0.21) points, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The total score of quality of life in the observation group was(43.55±8.37) points, lower than that in the control group, which was(52.67±11.24) points, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). There were 4 factors affecting the quality of life, the relationship between caregivers and patients, the place of their residence, the degree of illness, and the monthly income. Conclusion The family caregivers of patients with chronic schizophrenia are with poor mental health and low quality of life.
