摘要

通过使用Moldflow软件对三色按钮塑件进行注塑成型仿真分析,协助优化塑件结构、模具浇流道系统和成型工艺参数等,成功助力三色按钮模具的开发和顺利批产[1]。
        Moldflow software is used to simulate and analyze the injection moulding of the three-color button plastic parts, which helps to optimize the structure of the plastic parts, the runner system of the mould and the processing parameters of the moulding, and successfully assists the development of the three-color button mould and the smooth mass production[1].
