V脸提拉联合自体脂肪填充应用于面部年轻化的临床价值分析

摘要
目的探讨V脸提拉联合自体脂肪填充应用于面部年轻化的临床价值。方法选择从2017年3月至2018年3月收治的100例面部年轻化手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成2组,命名为对照组与研究组,各有50例。对照组接受V脸提拉治疗方法,研究组接受V脸提拉联合自体脂肪填充方法。比较分析两组的术后面部形态参数指标、恢复时间、满意度评分、临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的颞区眉颧点间距为(51.55±0.96)mm,外眦颧点间距为(27.55±1.19)mm,眶颧点间距为(84.55±1.31)mm,下颌角角度(112.55±8.55)°,均明显高于对照组的(47.53±1.35)mm、(22.53±1.08)mm、(80.60±1.10)mm、(82.70±9.15)°,P <0.05;研究组的恢复时间为(36.85±3.55)d,明显短于对照组的(54.65±3.30)d,P <0.05;研究组的满意度评分为(89.35±4.2)分,明显高于对照组的(71.95±3.90)分,P <0.05;研究组的治疗优良率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,P <0.05;研究组的并发症发生率为6.00.00%,明显低于对照组的22.00%,P <0.05。结论面部年轻化应用V脸提拉联合自体脂肪填充的临床价值显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of V-face lifting combined with autologous fat filling in facial rejuvenation.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 100 patients with facial rejuvenation surgery were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into two groups according to random number table, named as control group and research group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group received V-face lifting therapy, while the research group received V-face lifting combined with autologous fat filling.The facial morphological parameters, recovery time, satisfaction score, clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The spacing between eyebrow and zygoma points in the study group was(51.55 ±0.96)mm, the spacing between outer canthus and zygoma points was(27.55 ±1.19) mm, the spacing between orbital and zygoma points was(84.55 ±1.31) mm, and the mandibular angle was(112.55 ±8.55)degrees, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(47.53 ±1.35) mm,(22.53 ±1.08) mm,(80.60 ±1.10) mm,(82.70 ±9.15)degrees, P < 0.05; The recovery time of the study group was(36.85± 3.55) days, significantly shorter than that of the control group(54.65 ± 3.30) days, P < 0.05; the satisfaction score of the study group was(89.35 ± 4.2), significantly higher than that of the control group(71.95 ± 3.90), P < 0.05;The excellent and good rate of treatment in the research group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%, P< 0.05); The incidence of complications in the researce group was 6.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.00%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical value of V-face lifting combined with autologous fat filling in facial rejuvenation.
