摘要
为拓宽高性能聚乙烯纤维的应用范围,采用改进的阴离子/非离子油剂,选择合适的油剂浓度和上油速度进行高性能聚乙烯短纤维生产,降低纤维比电阻至10~9Ω·cm以下。将高性能聚乙烯短纤维与天丝混纺纺纱,经过清梳联、三道并条、粗纱、细纱等工序纺制成混纺纱线。纺纱前无需喷油、静置处理,缩短了纺纱流程,提高了纺纱效率,高性能聚乙烯纤维混纺比范围为10%~90%。通过对高性能聚乙烯短纤维与天丝混纺纺纱工艺及纱线性能的探究,根据混纺比的不同调节纺纱工艺参数,可提高成纱质量,实现连续工业化生产,拓宽了高性能聚乙烯纤维的使用范围。
        In order to broaden the application range of high-performance polyethylene fiber, high-performance polyethylene staple fiber was produced with suitable oil concentration and oiling speed by using improved anionic/nonionic oil agent, which reduced fiber specific resistance to below 10~9Ω·cm. The high-performance polyethylene staple fiber was blended with tencel, and was spun into blended yarn through a process of carding, three-way drawing, roving, and spinning. We need not to spray or rest before the spinning, shorten the spinning process and improve the spinning efficiency, the high-performance polyethylene blending ratio ranges from 10% to 90%. Through the exploration of the high-performance polyethylene short fiber and tencel blend spinning process and yarn properties, the spinning process parameters could be adjusted according to the blending ratio, the yarn quality could be improved, the continuous industrial production could be realized, and the range of use of high performance polyethylene fiber could be broaden.
