摘要
为了提高悬架设计的工作效率,缩短巴哈赛车前悬架(双横臂悬架)的开发周期。应用ADAMS/Car模块建立赛车前悬架多体系统模型,并进行仿真及结果分析。再应用ADAMS/Insight模块分析悬架各硬点坐标对悬架参数的影响系数。根据分析结果和赛车结构特点综合考虑,选取影响系数相对较大的硬点坐标值作为优化对象,从而有针对性地、快速地进行悬架硬点优化。实验结果表明:该方法减少了悬架优化的工作量,使悬架参数的变化范围能在较短时间内达到设计目标值,有效提高赛车的操纵平稳性和整体性能。
        In order to improve the working efficiency of the suspension design,the development cycle of the Baja racing front suspension(double wishbone suspension) was shorted. The ADAMS/Car module was used to establish the multi-body system model of the front suspension of the car, and the simulation and result analysis were carried out. Then the ADAMS/Insight module was used to analyze the influence coefficient of the hard point coordinates of the suspension on the suspension parameters. According to the analysis results and the characteristics of the structure of the car, the hard point coordinate value with relatively large influence coefficient was selected as the optimization object, so that the suspension hard point optimization was carried out in a targeted and fast manner. The experimental results show that the method reduces the workload of suspension optimization and makes the range of suspension parameters reach the design target value in a short time and effectively improves the steering stability and overall performance of the car.
