摘要
内源脂肪损失(ELF)的研究对于生长猪油脂真消化率的计算和脂肪酸需要量的确定具有重要意义。本文系统总结了研究ELF的重要性和必要性、影响因素、测定方法以及国内外研究现状,为今后ELF的研究提供参考。
        The research on the endogenous losses of fat(ELF) is of great significance for the calculation of true digestibility of oils and the determination of fatty acid requirements in growing pigs. This paper systematically summarizes the importance and necessity of ELF research, influencing factors, determination methods and research status at home and abroad, providing reference for future ELF research.
