摘要
采用酯交换法,以原料油制备出相应的生物柴油。分别对原料油和相应生物柴油的低温流动性指标进行检测,利用气相色谱分析了生物柴油的组成成分。从黏度、冷滤点和凝点三方面对原料油及相应的生物柴油进行了对比分析,并从生物柴油的组分出发,分析了生物柴油低温流动性的影响因素。实验结果表明,原料油及相应的生物柴油之间的低温流动性存在线性相关,原料油的低温流动性对相应的生物柴油的低温流动性起着决定性的作用;生物柴油的低温流动性与生物柴油组分中脂肪酸甲酯的低温流动性和含量有关。
        Corresponding biodiesels were prepared from raw oils by an ester exchange method.The low temperature flow property indicators of raw oils and their respective biodiesels were tested,respectively,and the compositions of the biodiesels were analyzed by gas chromatography.Comparative analysis was performed on the raw oils and their respective biodiesels in three aspects,i.e.,viscosity,cold filter plugging point and freezing point,and the influence factors of the low temperature flow properties of the biodiesels were analyzed from the components of the biodiesels.The experimental results indicated that the low temperature flow properties of the raw oils and their respective biodiesels were linearly dependent with the low temperature flow properties of the raw oils playing a decisive role in the low temperature flow properties of their respective biodiesels,and that the low temperature flow properties of a biodiesel were closely related to the low temperature flow properties and content of fatty acid methyl eaters in the components of the biodiesel.
