摘要
互联网+、大数据、云计算、人工智能为代表的新一代信息技术与测绘地理信息技术的加速融合,促使传统批次化版本式地理信息动态更新,将升级发展到应需实时动态化监测。分析与探讨了智能化时代下地理信息动态监测的新需求、发展方向、关键技术,详细阐述了新形势下全空间、全信息化产品模式建立,自动化、智能化技术模式创新,灵活化、实时化服务模式拓展,一体化、协同化生产组织模式构建的发展思路,为数字化、信息化测绘向智能化测绘转型升级提供了参考。
        With the accelerated integration of surveying and mapping geographic information technology and the new generation information technology represented by internet accelerated speed, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the traditional annual-version geographic information updating pattern will be upgraded to the required real-time dynamic monitoring. This paper discusses the new demand and development direction of geographic information dynamic monitoring in intelligent era, and expounds in detail the leapfrogging mode of establishing full-space and full-information pro-duct mode, innovating automation and intellectualization technology mode, expanding flexible real-time service mode and constructing integrated and cooperative production organization mode. This will provide a reference for the transformation and upgrading from digital and informational surveying and mapping to intelligent mapping.
