摘要
目的探究目标管理与量化绩效考核在耳鼻喉科专科护士管理中的应用效果。方法自2017年1月起耳鼻喉科专科护士实施目标管理与量化绩效考核的管理模式,根据护理质量、护理安全、护理服务、护理培训、学科建设等方面进行量化绩效考核,根据量化绩效考核结果作为评先评优的依据,以2016年全年工作情况为对照,比较实施目标管理与量化绩效考核的管理模式前后的专科护理质量目标的情况。结果实施目标管理与量化绩效考核的管理模式后,耳鼻喉科专科护理质量目标的各项考核内容评分均好于实施前。结论采用目标管理与量化绩效考核的管理模式能有效提高耳鼻喉科专科护士的综合素质,确保护理安全,提高护理质量,加强学科建设,提高患者满意度,提升专科护理影响力。
        Objective To explore the application of the target management and quantitative performance appraisal in the decision-making of the management of nurses in the otolaryngology department. Methods The target management and quantitative performance assessment had been implemented since January 2017 in the management of specialized nurses of the otolaryngology department. The quantitative performance assessment had been carried out according to the nursing quality, nursing safety, nursing service, nursing training and discipline construction. The results of quantitative performance assessment had been taken as the basis for selecting excellent nurses. Set the situation in 2016 as the control group. The nursing quality was compared between before and after the intervention. Results After the implementation of the target management and quantitative performance evaluation, the scores of various assessment contents of nursing quality objectives were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The target management and quantitative performance appraisal can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nurses in the otolaryngology department, ensure the nursing safety, improve nursing quality, strengthen discipline construction, improve patient satisfaction and enhance the influence of the specialized nursing.
