摘要
目的探讨正畸治疗中微螺钉支抗的稳定性,分析影响稳定性的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2016年2月~2017年2月本院口腔正畸科门诊收治的32例行微螺钉支抗治疗患者的临床资料,共植入微螺钉种植体78枚。微螺钉种植体时间6~12个月,分析本组患者微螺钉正畸支抗稳定性,并调查影响稳定性的相关因素。结果本组患者78枚微螺钉种植体成功率为87.18%(68/78),松动脱落率为12.82%(10/78);年龄、性别、位置、牙弓、加力时机、钉周龈炎对微螺钉种植体稳定性无明显影响(P> 0.05);而植入后口腔感染、植入后1个月松动度对微螺钉种植体稳定性有影响(P <0.05)。结论微螺钉支抗装置虽具有较高稳定性,但在承载正畸负荷中仍无法保持绝对稳定,可受植入后口腔感染、植入后1个月松动度等因素影响,需引起高度关注。
Objective To investigate the stability of micro-screw anchorage in orthodontic treatment and analyze the related factors affecting the stability. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients were treated with micro-screw anchorage from February 2016 to February 2017 in the outpatient department of Orthodontics in our hospital, 78 micro-screw implants were implanted. Micro-screw implants were used for 6-12 months, the stability of micro-screw orthodontic anchorage was analyzed in this group and the factors affecting stability were investigated. Results The success rate of 78 micro-screw implants in this group was 87.18%(68/78), and the loosening rate was 12.82%(10/78); Age, sex, position, dental arch, timing of loading and peri-screw gingivitis had no significant effect on the stability of micro-screw implants(P > 0.05). However Oral infection after implantation and looseness 1 month after implantation had an effect on the stability of micro-screw implants(P< 0.05). Conclusion Although the micro-screw anchorage device has high stability, it still cannot maintain absolute stability during orthodontic load, and can be affected by factors such as oral infection after implantation and looseness after 1 month of implantation.
