摘要
水利工程材料的库存管理是水利工程材料管理的重要环节。针对水利工程材料的库存优化问题,考虑基于提前期的价格折扣策略及仓库容量有限的约束条件,假定经结构分解后的每道工序在正常条件下所需资源均衡,所耗材料速度均匀且供应商材料生产速率一定,以材料供应商和施工承包商的综合库存成本最小构建目标函数,建立数学模型,基于Matlab优化工具箱,运用粒子群算法求解联合库存系统成本最小值,确定最优订购策略。研究成果对水利工程材料采购方案的制定及水利工程项目的材料库存管理有指导意义。
        Inventory management of hydraulic engineering materials is an important part of material management in water conservancy project.In order to solve the problem of inventory optimization of hydraulic engineering materials,considering the price discount strategy based on the lead period and the constraints of the limited warehouse capacity,supposed that each process of works breakdown structure required a balanced resource under normal conditions and the speed of material consumption was uniform as well as the production rate of suppliers was determined,mathematic model was established by minimizing the integrated inventory cost of material suppliers and construction contractors as objective function.Based on the Matlab optimization toolbox,particle swarm optimization was used to solve the minimum cost of the integrated inventory system,and the optimal ordering strategy was obtained.The research has guidance significance to the formulation of material procurement plan for water conservancy projects and material inventory management of water conservancy projects.
