摘要
基于静密封机制,结合有限元分析方法、加速老化试验以及时温等效原理,以最大接触压力是否大于临界接触压力为失效评价准则,提出一种静密封寿命评估方法。该方法首先通过试验确定垫片的仿真失效边界,确定密封垫片实现密封功能的临界接触压力,作为寿命评估的判定参数;然后通过加速老化试验,拟合得到垫片的老化模型,并预测正常工况下老化后的接触压力;最后通过比较临界接触压力和老化后的接触压力评估垫片寿命。以一个65℃下要求使用寿命达到10年的垫片为例,介绍寿命预测的方法和步骤。该方法预测使用寿命与台架模拟的结果基本相符,验证其有效性。
        A static seal life assessment method was discussed based on static sealing mechanism,combined with finite element analysis method and accelerated aging test and time-temperature equivalent principle.The maximum contact pressure is greater than the critical contact pressure as the failure evaluation criterion.The method firstly determines the simulated failure boundary of the gasket by experiment,determines the critical contact pressure of the sealing gasket to achieve the sealing function,and uses it as the determination parameter of the life assessment;then,through the accelerated aging test,the aging model of the gasket is fitted and then predicts the contact pressure after aging under working conditions;finally,the seal life is evaluated by comparing the critical contact pressure and the contact pressure after aging.Taking a gasket with a service life of 10 years at 65 ℃ as an example,the method and steps of life prediction were introduced.The predicted service life of the method is basically consistent with the simulation results of the bench,verifying the validity of the static seal life assessment method.
