Orem自理模式护理在腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤患者中的效果分析

摘要
目的在腹腔镜手术卵巢肿瘤患者中应用Orem自理模式护理干预,以此分析Orem自理模式护理干预对其护理总满意率、焦虑评分和抑郁评分的影响。方法选择2016年3月—2017年3月我院行腹腔镜手术卵巢肿瘤患者100例作为研究对象,根据不同的护理模式,将其分为两组。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用Orem自理模式护理干预。经SPSS 21.0系统分析,比较两组患者的护理总满意率、焦虑评分和抑郁评分。结果研究组患者的护理总满意率(96.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),且研究组患者的焦虑评分为(40.33±5.11)分,抑郁评分为(40.09±5.12)分,均低于对照组[焦虑评分(:57.77±5.12)分,抑郁评分:(57.79±5.23)分],组间各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Orem自理模式护理干预在腹腔镜手术卵巢肿瘤患者中的应用价值显著,能够提高患者的护理满意度,减轻患者的负面情绪。
Objective To analyze the effect of Orem self-care nursing intervention on the total satisfaction rate, anxiety score and depression score of patients with ovarian tumor undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods100 patients with ovarian tumors who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing modes, they were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing intervention. The study group adopted Orem self-care model of nursing intervention. By SPSS 21.0 system analysis,the total satisfaction rate of nursing, anxiety score and depression score of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group(96.00%) was higher than that in the control group(80.00%).The anxiety score and depression score of the study group were(40.33±5.11)points and(40.09±5.12) points respectively, which were lower than those of the control group [anxiety score:(57.77±5.12) points and depression score:(57.79±5.23) points]. There were significant differences in the data between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application value of Orem self-care nursing intervention in patients with ovarian tumor undergoing laparoscopic surgery is significant, which can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing and reduce the negative emotions of patients.
