摘要

针对日常工作中常被咨询的专利申请方面的疑问,结合自身工作实践,介绍了适用于制革技术领域的专利申请常规流程和优先审查政策,并在此基础上进一步讨论了关于获权快慢的利弊,有助于申请人合理选择个案申请的类型及途径。
        For responses to the common consultations on patent affairs during the author's daily work, the normal procedures of patent application & examination and priority examination suitable for the leather-making industry were introduced. The pros and cons of authorized speed were further discussed, the practical strategies for choosing proper type and approach for individual patent application were proposed as well.
