摘要

汽车转向系统是影响整车安全性的关键系统。文章通过运用因果分析图、设计校核计算等方法,分析某汽车转向限位系统失效的主要原因,通过优化,经试验验证效果良好。
        Vehicle steering system is the key system that affects vehicle safety. In this paper, the main reasons of the failure of a car's steering limit system are analyzed by using the method of causality analysis and design, and the results of the test are proved to be good by the experiment.
