摘要
2018年8月拱北海关首次从土耳其无花果中截获重要害虫——地中海黑尖尾蝇(Silba adipata McAlpine)。本文对该虫的寄主、分布、形态特征等进行了详细描述并提供相应的特征图,此外还提供了基于COI基因的分子鉴定方法,为该虫的鉴定提供帮助。
Black fig fly,Silba adipata McAlpine, is an agricultural pest on figs,and it was intercepted from Turkey figs by Gongbei Customs District P. R. China in August 2018 for the first time. The host,distribution,a morphological description and specimen figures of the black fig fly is provided,as well as a molecular identification method based on COI gene. This paper can be a help for the identification of the black fig fly.
