摘要
基于等温松弛电流方法,使用沿面电极布置的形式,对光纤护套材料的油中热老化状态进行分析评估,并通过机械拉伸实验和傅里叶红外光谱对试样力学性能和化学结构进行辅助分析。结果表明:光纤护套在变压器油中热老化后力学性能劣化,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率在老化前期迅速下降,后期降速减缓;傅里叶红外光谱结果表明光纤护套在变压器油中热老化后没有明显的醛类产物生成,亚甲基、甲基等振动峰强度有一定程度的减弱,可能有分解过程发生;等温松弛电流结果表明随着老化时间及温度的增加,老化因子A的值逐渐增加,说明等温松弛电流法能够反映光纤护套在变压器油中的热老化程度,可以作为老化评估的有效手段。
        The thermal ageing condition of sheath material for fluorescent optical fiber in transformer oil was estimated based on isothermal relaxation current method, and the electrodes were set along the sample surface. The mechanical properties and chemical structure of the sample was analyzed via tensile test and Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR). The results show that the mechanical properties of the sample degrade after ageing in transformer oil, the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease rapidly at earlier ageing stage and then the degradation slows down. According to FITR results, there is no obvious aldehyde group generates after ageing; the strength of methylene and methyl vibration peaks decreases, indicates that some decomposition process may occur. The isothermal relaxation current results demonstrate that the ageing factor(A) increases with the increase of ageing time and temperature. It is proved that the isothermal relaxation current method can be used to estimate the ageing condition of sheath material for fluorescent optical fiber in transformer oil.
