GDP方案治疗复发难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效研究

摘要
目的探讨GDP方案(吉西他滨+顺铂+地塞米松)治疗复发难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法以本院收治的20例复发难治性NHL患者为例,患者经诊断后均采用GDP方案治疗,评价患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况,另外比较治疗前后患者的生活质量。结果本组患者的治疗有效率为55.0%,回访一年患者的生存率为50.0%,不良反应主要以骨髓抑制为主。治疗后患者的生活质量与治疗前比较有显著的改善,P<0.05。结论应用GDP方案治疗复发难治性NHL可取得确切的临床效果,副作用可耐受,能够提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of GDP(gemcitabine + cisplatin + dexamethasone) in the treatment of relapsed refractory non Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) and its impact on the quality of life. Methods Took 20 cases of relapsed and refractory NHL in our hospital as an example. The patients were treated with GDP regimen after diagnosis. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were evaluated, and the quality of life of patients before and after treatment was compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment was 55%, and the survival rate of the patients was 50% after one year visit. The main adverse events were myelosuppression. After treatment, the quality of life of patients improved significantly compared with that before treatment, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of GDP regimen in the treatment of relapsed and refractory NHL could achieve exact clinical effect, and the side effects could be tolerated. It could improve the quality of life of patients, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
