维生素A、E水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染的相关性研究

摘要
目的探讨维生素A、维生素E水平与儿童反复呼吸道感染的相关性。方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月在我院诊断的反复呼吸道感染儿童40例为研究组,另选择同期健康体检儿童40例为对照组,比较研究组和对照组的维生素A、维生素E水平及两组的维生素A、维生素E缺乏率。结果研究组患者的维生素A、维生素E检测水平显著少于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组的维生素A缺乏率为75.0%,显著高于对照组的20.0%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组的维生素E缺乏率为2.5%,与对照组的维生素E缺乏率(5.0%)比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论儿童反复呼吸道感染的发生与机体维生素A和维生素E水平缺乏密切相关,补充维生素A、维生素E可作为防治儿童反复呼吸道感染的途径之一。
        Objective To investigate the correlation between vitamin A, vitamin E levels and repeated respiratory infection in children. Methods 40 children with repeated respiratory infections diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study group, and 40 healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group. The vitamin A, vitamin E, and vitamin A and vitamin E deficiency rates in the study group and the control group were compared. Results The levels of vitamin A and vitamin E in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The vitamin A deficiency rate in the study group was 75.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(20.0%), P<0.05. The study group's vitamin E deficiency rate was 2.5%, compared with the control group's vitamin E deficiency rate of 5.0%, the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of repeated respiratory infections in children is closely related to the lack of vitamin A and vitamin E levels in the body. Vitamin A and vitamin E supplementation can be used as one of the ways to prevent and treat children with repeated respiratory infections.
