摘要
以野菊为材料,研究了乙醇浓度、提取时间、回流次数对多糖提取率的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,以滤渣中酚酸的含量及提取液中多糖的含量为指标,进行了3因素3水平的正交试验。结果表明:最佳工艺为4倍量95%的乙醇回流提取2次各1 h,该条件野菊多糖获得量最优,酚酸杂质含量最低。该工艺稳定可行,可为野菊多糖大规模提取作依据。
        The effect of ethanol concentration, extraction time and reflux times on the extraction rate of polysaccharide was studied by using Chrysanthemum indicumL. Based on the single factor experiment, the content of phenolic acid in the residue and the content of polysaccharide in the extract were used as indicators for a threefactor and three-level orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal process was 4 times and 95%ethanol refluxed for 1 h two times. Under this condition the yield of polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum indicumL.was highest, and the phenolic acid impurity content was the lowest. The process is stable and feasible, and can be used as a basis for large-scale extraction of wild chrysanthemum polysaccharide.
