益气复脉注射液联合血塞通注射液治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

摘要
【目的】观察益气复脉注射液联合血塞通注射液治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效,为临床治疗提供可靠的试验数据与科学依据。【方法】将98例老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各49例。2组患者均给予西医基础治疗,对照组同时给予血塞通注射液静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上同时给予益气复脉注射液治疗,疗程均为14 d。观察2组患者治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)及血液流变学指标[包括全血黏度、血浆高切黏度和纤维蛋白原(Fbg)含量等]的改变情况,并评价2组的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)2组患者均完成整个疗程的治疗,无退出和脱落病例。(2)治疗14 d后,治疗组的总有效率为87.8%,对照组为75.5%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的CRP水平及各项血液流变学指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组对CRP水平及各项血液流变学指标的改善作用均优于对照组(P<0.01)。(4)观察过程中,2组患者均无严重不良反应情况发生。【结论】益气复脉注射液联合血塞通注射液治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效优于单用血塞通注射液。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Fumai Injection combined with Xuesaitong Injection for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in senile coronary heart disease,and to provide reliable experimental data and scientific basis for the clinical treatment. Methods Ninety-eight unstable angina pectoris patients with senile coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, and additionally, the control group was given intravenous dripping of Xuesaitong Injection while the observation group was given intravenous dripping of Yiqi Fumai Injection combined with Xuesaitong Injection for 14 days. Before and after treatment,the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP)level and the hemorheological parameters such as whole blood viscosity,plasma highshear viscosity and fibrinogen in the two groups were observed. After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results(1)All of the patients in the two groups completed the trial, without quitted cases or dropped-out cases.(2)After treatment for 14 days, the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.8%,higher than that in the control group(75.5%)and the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the CRP level and the hemorheological parameters in the two groups were markedly improved(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment), and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).(4)During the trial,no severe adverse reaction was found in the two groups. Conclusion Yiqi Fumai Injection combined with Xuesaitong Injection is more effective than Xuesaitong Injection alone for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in senile coronary heart disease.
