摘要
为探明盐预处理对大豆幼苗抗旱性的影响,用0.6%NaCl预处理大豆幼苗后,再用100 g/L的PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫大豆幼苗,研究了NaCl预处理对耐盐品种‘早熟毛豆’和盐敏感品种‘1号毛豆’抗旱性的影响。研究结果表明,PEG胁迫抑制了大豆幼苗的生长和根毛发育,降低了保护酶活性,提高了活性氧的积累,其中,耐盐品种‘早熟毛豆’根毛长度、直径、主根长、株高和保护酶活性等的降低幅度均高于盐敏感品种‘1号毛豆’,活性氧增加幅度低于盐敏感品种‘1号毛豆’。NaCl预处理后两品种根系生长抑制情况均得到了缓解,保护酶活性得到了提高,活性氧积累量降低。
        In order to explore the effect of salt pretreatment on drought resistance of soybean seedlings, the influence of NaCl pretreatment on drought resistance of salt-tolerant soybean seedling ‘early-maturing soybean'and salt-sensitive seedling ‘No.1 soybean'were studied by pretreating soybean seedlings with 0.6% NaCl, and then simulating the drought environment by 100 g/L of PEG-6000. The results showed that the growth and root hair development of soybean seedlings were inhibited by PEG stress, and the activity of protective enzymes was reduced while the accumulation of reactive oxygen was increased. Moreover, the reduction of root hair length,diameter, main root length, plant height and protective enzyme activities of the salt-tolerant variety‘earlymaturing soybean'were higher than those of salt-sensitive variety‘No.1 soybean', and its increase of reactive oxygen was lower compared with salt-sensitive variety ‘No.1 soybean'. The inhibition of root growth of two varieties were eased, the protective enzyme activity was improved, and the amount of accumulation of active oxygen was reduced after NaCl pretreatment.
