北京水利医院3600张处方点评分析

摘要
目的:通过门急诊处方点评工作,探讨处方规范化管理方式,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:抽取北京水利医院2017年11月至2018年10月门诊处方2400张和急诊处方1200张进行合理用药处方点评。结果:不合理处方954张,不合格率26.5%,其中不规范处方30张,占不合理处方的3.14%,不适宜处方924张,占不合理处方的96.86%。结论:北京水利医院医院门急诊处方基本合理,但仍然存在一定比例的不合理处方。
Objective:To discuss the standardized management mode of prescriptions by evaluating prescriptions through outpatient and emergency departments,so as to provide a reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:The total of 2400 outpatient prescriptions and 1200 emergency prescriptions of Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected,and the rational drug use of the prescriptions were commented.Results:There were 954 unreasonable prescriptions,the unqualified rate was 26.5%.Among them,there were 30 non-standard prescriptions,which accounted for 3.14% of unreasonable prescriptions; and 924 unsuitable prescriptions,which accounted for 96.86% of unreasonable prescriptions(unsuitable prescriptions are the major problems in unreasonable prescriptions).Conclusion:The outpatient and emergency prescriptions in Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital are basically reasonable,but there are still a certain proportion of unreasonable prescriptions.
