他氟前列素等前列腺素类药物用于青光眼治疗的药物经济学分析

摘要
目的:研究药物经济学评价对降低青光眼治疗成本、促进临床合理用药的重要性。内容与方法:分析比较他氟前列素与其他前列腺素类药物治疗青光眼的有效性和安全性,从药物经济学评价和上市后影响预测两个角度分析应用他氟前列素的经济性。结论 :药物经济学评价对优化青光眼治疗方案、控制药品费用、减轻患者费用负担具有重要意义。
Objective To Study on the importance of introducing pharmacoeconomics into the treatment of glaucoma by medicine in decreasing the cost and promoting rational drug use. Methods The efficacy and safety of tafluprost and three other kinds of prostaglandins analogues were compared. The economical efficiency of tafluprost was analyzed from the perspectives of both pharmacoeconomic evaluation and possible post-marketing impact. Conclusion Introducing pharmacoeconomics can optimize the treatment of glaucoma, control drug cost and reduce financial burden of patients.
