摘要
十九大以来,绿色金融改革规划逐渐成为了各地方政府经济政策调整的重要工作内容,发展绿色经济,狠抓经济生产带来的环境污染整治,不仅需要在政策风向下短期执行,以长期发展目光来看,防污治污,绿色发展实质上正是可持续发展战略的现实执行任务。重金属污染是我国近年来防污治污工程的重点整治项目,各类冶矿产业、化工产业、机械产业在生产过程中会产生大量的重金属废水,长期以往就成为了重金属污染的主要污染源。本文论述了重金属废水在线监测系统的建设意义,并对重金属废水在线监测系统的建设方案进行了设计研究。
        Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC, the green financial reform plan has gradually become an important part of the economic policy adjustment of the local government. In order to develop green economy and harness the environmental pollution brought by economic production, it is not only necessary to carry out the policy in a short time, but also to prevent and control pollution in a long-term perspective. In essence, green development is the realistic task of sustainable development strategy. Heavy metal pollution is the key treatment project of pollution prevention and control projects in recent years in China. Various metallurgical, chemical and mechanical industries will produce a large number of heavy metal wastewater in the production process, which has long been the main source of heavy metal pollution. In this paper, the construction significance of online monitoring system for heavy metal wastewater is discussed, and the construction scheme of online monitoring system for heavy metal wastewater is designed and studied.
