小剂量布比卡因应用于腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产手术经验分析

摘要
目的对剖宫产手术中小剂量布比卡因在腰硬联合麻醉下的麻醉效果进行研究。方法研究对象为本院自2017年1月至2018年6月实施剖宫产手术的孕妇,数量总计100例。以布比卡因运用与否为划分依据,划分成两组,即对照组以及观察组,各组均为50例。对照组仅实施硬膜外阻滞麻醉,观察组实施小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉方式,对比两组患者所呈现出的不良反应与麻醉效果。结果当以上麻醉方式实施于观察组患者之后,其麻醉优良率可高达100%,而对照组仅为82%。因此可以明显地看出:此差异存在着显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。除此之外,两组病例在不良反应方面并无显著差别,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术实施于临床上,借助小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉方式,所实现的麻醉效果是比较优良的,不良反应不会因此提升。
Objective To study the anesthetic effect of low and medium dose bupivacaine under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January2017 to June 2018 were studied. Based on the use of bupivacaine or not, the patients were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given epidural anesthesia only, while the observation group was given low dose bupivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. The adverse reactions and anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results When the above anesthesia methods were applied to the patients in the observation group,the excellent rate of anesthesia could be as high as 100%, while that in the control group was only 82%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Cesarean section is performed clinically, the anesthesia effect achieved by low dose bupivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is relatively good, and the adverse reactions will not be enhanced.
