显微镜精索静脉结扎术联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张伴少弱精子症的临床疗效

<正>精索静脉曲张(varicocele,VC)是中青年男性常见疾病,多见于左侧。一般人群发病率约15%~20%。VC是导致不育的常见病之一,在不育人群中则高达35%~80%~[1,2],主要症状包括阴囊坠胀不适,精液参数异常和雄激素水平异常等等。外科手术是其首选的治疗方式~[3,4]。显微镜下精索静脉结扎术因其并发症低和复发率低而被多数学者推荐,但术后对患者精液质量改善程度报道不一~[5-8]。我们对VC患
