摘要
对PE100RC专用树脂1#、2#、3#、4#的剪切流变性能、熔体强度、动态流变性能等进行研究,研究表明:3#的分子量最大,1#与2#的分子量相同,4#的分子量最小。用同一条件挤出加工管材时,4#最不易破管,而3#最易破管。1#、2#、3#、4#为无长支链的线型分子。
The properties of 1#,2#,3#,4# speciality resin for PE100 RC were studied shear rheological property, melt strength, dynamic rheological property. The results show that the weight average molar mass of 3# is the biggest, 1# is equal to 2#, 4# is the least. When the tubes were extruded using the same condition, the 4# tube was the easiest, the 3# tube was the most difficult. 1#,2#, 3#,4# were the linear molecule, without long chain branched.
