无痛胃镜与普通胃镜在消化内科临床应用效果比较

摘要
目的:探讨无痛胃镜与普通胃镜在消化内科临床应用效果的差异。方法:收治行胃镜检查患者300例,分为无痛组和传统组,每组各150例,比较两组应用效果。结果:检查后无痛组不适反应、恐惧焦虑情绪、HR、收缩压、舒张压与传统组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而SpO2治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组操作时间和疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜在检查消化内科疾病中刺激性小,患者不适感小,便于检查。
Objective:To explore the difference of clinical effects of painless gastroscopy and general gastroscopy in department of gastroenterology.Methods:200 patients who underwent gastroscopy were selected,yhey were divided into the painless group and the traditional group,we compared the effects of the two groups.Results:After the examination,there were significant differences in discomfort,fear and anxiety,HR,systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the painless group and the traditional group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in SpO2 before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the operation time and pain score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The irritation of painless gastroscopy in the examination of digestive diseases was small,the patient's discomfort was small,it was easy to check.
