摘要
常州地铁1号线某联络通道位于富含承压水的粉砂层及粉土层中,为了规避联络通道开挖中出现涌水、漏沙等风险,确保施工安全,采用水平冻结法施工联络通道。该联络通道中心距为11.6m,冻结帷幕厚度在喇叭口处为1.5m,水平通道处为1.8m;冻土强度的设计指标为:单轴抗压强度不低于3.5MPa,抗折强度不低于2.0MPa,抗剪强度不低于1.5MPa。联络通道冻结帷幕平均温度低于-10℃,钻孔及冷冻装置安装时间为30d,积极冻结时间为45d,维护冻结时间为30d,总工期为110d。冻结效果符合预期,隧道开挖及构筑工程进展顺利,工程一次验收合格率达到100%,没有发生明显冻胀融沉及对周边环境影响的事故,实现预期目标。
        The connected aisle of Changzhou Metro Line 1 is located in silty sand and silty soil layer which have rich confined water.In order to circumvent the risk of water burst and sand leakage during the excavation of the connected aisle,and to ensure the safety of construction,the horizontal freezing method was used for construction of it.The center distance of the connected aisle is 11.6 meters.The thickness of the frozen curtain is1.5 meters at the bell mouth,and 1.8 meters at the horizontal channel.The design parameters of the frozen soil strength are as follows: the uniaxial compressive strength is not lower than 3.5 MPa,the flexural strength is not lover than 2.OMPa,and the shear strength is not lover than 1.5 MPa.The average temperature of frozen curtain should be below-10℃ for this project.It took 30 days to drill and install the freezing equipment,45 days to positively freeze,and 30 days to keep frozed.The total time limit for the project was 110 days.The freezing effect of the project was desired.The tunnel excavation and the building project went well and the percent of pass in the first acceptance check reached 100%.There was no obvious frost heaving and thaw collapse,and there was no visible impact on the surrounding environment.Ultimately the expected goals were achieved.
