摘要
市政工程中,水平冻结法是一种有效的地基加固手段,而冻结孔施工是冻结工程的关键工序之一。以上海市轨道交通18号线隧道穿越10号线国权路车站水平冻结清障工程为例,介绍长距离水平穿障钻孔施工工艺流程以及关键技术。钻进施工结果表明:钻进装备稳定可靠,钻进工艺技术先进;钻孔偏斜率不足1%,满足工程精度要求。该施工工法能够保证钻孔精度,对同类工程具有一定的指导意义。
        In a municipal project,the horizontal stratum freezing method is an effective means to reinforce the foundation,and the freezing borehole construction is one of the key procedures to the ground freezing project.Taking the barrier removing project by horizontal ground freezing method for the tunnel of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 passing through the Guoquan Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10 as an example,the authors introduced the construction technique process and the key technology of the long distance horizontal barrier removing borehole.The drilling construction results show that:the drilling equipment is stable and reliable,and the drilling process technology is advanced;the deflection rate of the borehole could be less than 1%,and could meet with the precision requirements of the project.The construction method could ensure the precision of the borehole,and would have the certain guidance significances to the similar project.
