摘要

词汇衔接手段在语篇中起着重要的作用,具有衔接语篇,加强连贯的作用,也可以帮助读者迅速准确地抓住语篇的思维脉路及意义重心所在。本文以《高级英语》教材中课文A More Perfect Union为研究语料,重点分析研究文中重复现象、同义关系、反义关系、上下义关系和搭配的词汇衔接手段,旨在使英语教师和学生重视课文中的词汇衔接手段,使学生提高语篇阅读及欣赏各种词汇衔接手段的能力,最终提高学生的英语语言表达能力,尤其是写作能力。
        Lexical cohesion is an important device in binding a text together and achieving coherence. Such device can help readers quickly grasp the gist of a text. Taking "A More Perfect Union" in "Advance English" as an example, this paper discusses such cohesive device as reiteration, hyponymy, antonymy, hyponymy and collocation. The study aims to foster students' ability in the reading and appreciation of texts, and ultimately improve their ability in writing.
