摘要
对采收的紫果型黑蕊猕猴桃(Actinidia melanandra)种子进行了不同温度、不同层积时间和不同浓度赤霉素处理的发芽试验,结果表明,不同温度的种子发芽率有极显著差异(p<0.01),多重比较显示平均发芽率结果为23℃>18℃>28℃>13℃,23℃的发芽率为72.67%。不同层积时间的种子发芽率有极显著差异(p<0.01),多重比较显示发芽率60 d>45 d>75 d>30 d>0,层积60 d的平均发芽率为79.67%。不同浓度赤霉素处理的种子发芽率有极显著差异(p<0.01),多重比较显示发芽率600 mg·L~(-1)>900 mg·L~(-1)>300 mg·L~(-1)>0,600 mg·L~(-1)的发芽率最高,为14%。紫果型黑蕊猕猴桃种子最佳萌发条件为:温度23℃,低温层积60 d,600 mg·L~(-1)的赤霉素浸泡种子。
The seed of harvested Actinidia melanandra germination experiments were conducted at different temperatures, different stratification time and different concentrations of Gibberellin. The results showed that there was a very significant difference in seed germination rate of different temperatures(p<0.01). Multiple comparison showed the results of an average seed germination rate was 23 ℃>18 ℃>28 ℃>13 ℃, the seed germination rate was 72.67% in 23 ℃. The germination rate of seeds with different stratification time was significantly different(p<0.01), multiple comparisons showed that the seed germination rate was 60 days>45 days>75 days>30 days>0, and the average germination rate was 79.67% for 60 days of stratification. The germination rate of the seeds treated with gibberellin at different concentrations was significantly different(p<0.01). Multiple comparisons showed that the seed germination rate was 600 mg·L~(-1)>900 mg·L~(-1)>300 mg·L~(-1)>0,600 mg·L~(-1), and the seed germination rate of 600 mg·L~(-1) was the highest at 14%.The optimal germination conditions of Actinidia melanandra seeds were: the temperature of 23 ℃, low temperature stratification for 60 days, gibberellin of 600 mg·L~(-1) soaking seeds.
