摘要
为开发与利用东北狮白鹅脂肪资源,试验采用气质分析方法对狮白鹅各部位脂肪中的脂肪酸组成进行初步分析。结果表明:狮白鹅肝脏中的脂肪酸种类最多为23种,血液中的脂肪酸种类最少,为10种;腹部脂肪中的油酸及亚油酸含量最高,分别为45.06%和24.43%;肝脏中的油酸及亚油酸最少,分别为25.79%和8.81%;肝脏中的花生四烯酸含量最高,为13.15%;血液和腿部中含量分别为7.97%和5.81%,腹部脂肪中没有发现花生四烯酸。试验为狮白鹅脂肪的综合利用提供了理论参考,为狮白鹅脂肪酸的工业化应用提供依据。
        For the development and utilization of northeastern white lion goose fat, in this paper, the composition identified by GC-MS. As the results indicated the kinds of fatty acids in the liver of white lion goose were 23 kinds and the blood was 10 kinds; The contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid in abdominal fat were the highest, 45.06% and 24.43% respectively, and oleic acid and linoleic acid in liver were at least 25.79% and 8.81% respectively; The content of arachidonic acid in liver was 13.15%, 7.97% and 5.81% in blood and leg, but not found in abdominal fat. The research might provide reference for comprehensive utilization with white lion goose fat, and provide the basis for the industrial application of white lion goose fatty acid.
