乳腺癌细胞中缺氧诱导因子-1α与Survivin表达的相关性及其临床价值探讨

摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌细胞中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)与生存素(Survivin)表达的相关性及其临床价值。方法选取2017年5月~2018年8月我院及深圳市人民医院收治的乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌患者130例,对所有患者的HIF-1α、Survivin含量进行检测。分析HIF-1α、Survivin在乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌不同组织中的表达情况,HIF-1α、Survivin在乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌中的表达情况与临床病理之间的关系、HIF-1α与Survivin表达的相关性。结果 HIF-1α、Survivin在乳腺浸润性癌中的阳性表达率高于其他组织(P<0.05);HIF-1α、Survivin在乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌中的表达情况与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小无明显关系(P>0.05),肿瘤发生远处转移、淋巴结转移、组织学分级高其表达阳性率较高(P<0.05);在乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌中,HIF-1α与Survivin的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌细胞中HIF-1α与Survivin表达呈正相关,HIF-1α、Survivin在乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌中的高表达可能与乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌发生远处转移密切相关,可以通过HIF-1α、Survivin在乳腺导管内增生病变及乳腺癌中的表达情况来判断患者的病情进展,进而有利于为临床治疗提供一定的依据,有较高的临床价值。
        Objective To study the clinical value and correlation between expression of survivin and hypoxiainducible factor-1α in breast cancer cell. Methods 130 cases of intraductal hyperplasia of breast and breast cancer patients in our hospital and Shenzhen People's Hospital from May 2017 to Aug 2018 were selected to test the content of HIF-1α and survivin. Analyzed the expression of HIF-1α and survivin in different tissues, the relation between expression of HIF-1α and survivin in breast cancer cells and clinical pathology, and the correlation of HIF-1α and survivin expression. Results Positive expression rate of HIF-1α and survivin in invasive breast cancer cells was higher than in other tissues(P<0.05); the expression of HIF-1α and survivin in breast cancer was irrelative with the age and tumor size of patients(P>0.05). Breast cancer with distant metastasis, lymph node metastasis, histological grading has high positive expression rate of HIF-1α and survivin(P<0.05). HIF-1α was positively correlated with survivin expression in breast cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion High expression of HIF-1α and survivin in breast cancer was possible to be closely correlated with distant metastasis of breast cancer. During the study of correlation, HIF-1α in breast cancer cells is positively correlated with survivin expression, which can be used to assess the severity of breast cancer. That is helpful in clinical therapy and has high clinical value.
