综合护理对糖尿病足溃疡面修复相关因子的影响

摘要
目的探讨综合护理对糖尿病足溃疡面修复相关因子的影响。方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年8月期间护理的80例糖尿病足患者,随机数字表达分组,均为40例,对照组常规护理,观察组综合护理,分析两组患者护理指标以及不同时间段溃疡面修复相关因子表达情况。结果观察组患者换药时间、换药次数以及创面愈合时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);护理后不同时间段溃疡面修复相关因子表达大于护理前,观察组大于同一时间对照组溃疡面修复相关因子表达(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者应用综合护理,能够增加溃疡面修复相关因子的表达,从而加速溃疡面修复,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the factors related to the repair of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 80 diabetic foot patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The nursing indexes and the expression of factors related to ulcer surface repair were analyzed in two groups. Results The time of dressing change, the times of dressing change and the time of wound healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The expression of factors related to the repair of ulcer surface in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at different times after nursing(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in diabetic foot patients can increase the expression of factors related to the repair of ulcer surface, thus accelerating the repair of ulcer surface and promoting the early recovery of patients.
