陕西省能源消费与碳排放分析

摘要
选取2001年至2011年间《陕西省统计年鉴》中GDP、能源消费等方面的数据,采用徐国权等提出的碳排放公式和对IPCC等四大机构的碳排放系数求平均值确定碳排放系数,对2001—2011年陕西省能源消费和碳排放情况进行分析。研究结果表明,陕西省一次能源消费量和碳排放量逐年增加,碳排放强度呈下降趋势,节能减排与环境压力巨大。针对目前现状,提出调整能源消费结构与产业结构,依靠科学技术淘汰落后产能,大力发展第三产业,倡导人们采取低碳生活方式等建议。
The paper adopts data about GDP and energy consumption from Shaanxi Province Statistical Yearbook of 2001-2011,uses the carbon emissions formula proposed by Xu Guoquan and the coefficient of carbon emissions given by IPCC to work out its average coefficient,and analyzes Shaanxi Province' s energy consumption and carbon emissions from the year 2001 to 2011. The results show that primary energy consumption and carbon emissions of Shaanxi Province have increased year by year; there is a downward trend in carbon emission intensity,which imposes huge pressure on energy conservation and environment. In view of the present situation,the paper proposes the adjustment of energy consumption structure and industrial structure,relying on scientific and technological techniques to eliminate backward production capacity,developing the tertiary industry,and advocating low- carbon lifestyle.
