平均血小板体积在慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝中的应用
摘要
目的探讨平均血小板体积(MPV)对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的预测价值。方法选择CHB患者77例,其中单纯CHB患者(CHB组)32例、CHB合并NFALD患者(CHB+NFALD组)45例、健康体检者33例(对照组),比较各组BMI、HBV DNA载量、转氨酶、TC及MPV变化,分析MPV与CHB合并NFALD患者的相关性。结果 MCHB+NAFLD组BMI、TC均高于对照组及CHB组(P<0.05),HBV DNA载量低于CHB组(P<0.05),ALT、AST水平均低于CHB组及对照组(P均<0.05)。CHB组MPV高于对照组(P<0.05),CHB+NAFLD组MPV高于CHB组(P<0.05)。BMI、TC、MVP与CHB合并NFALD均存在正相关(OR值分别为3.714、6.624、8.45,P均<0.05)。结论 MPV是CHB合并NFALD的独立危险因素之一。监测MPV有助于早期评估CHB患者发生NAFLD的风险。
