右肺门Castleman病1例

<正>Castleman病(CD)是一种罕见的淋巴组织增生性疾病,最初由Castleman博士于1954年描述[1]。CD的重要病理特征是淋巴滤泡,血管和浆细胞的增生。此外,Castleman病是非肿瘤性淋巴结病的常见原因之一,大多数(70%)的Castleman病例都发生在胸部[2],尽管肺部是Castleman病可能发生的罕见部位,但最常见于纵隔。本研究描述了1例发生在右肺门的Castleman病例,进行了手术治疗。患者术前诊断通常较为困
