摘要
葱属植物属于药食同源物,含有多种生物活性物质,具有多种功效,近年来受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文综述了常见葱属植物中生物活性物质提取技术、功效、开发应用现状的研究进展,并对未来的开发前景进行了展望。本文为葱属植物资源的深入研究、综合利用、高附加值葱属植物产品的开发提供参考。
        Allium is a homologue of medicines and foods,which contains a variety of biologically active substances,and has various efficacay. In recent years,it has received extensive attention from scholars domestic and international. In this paper,the research progress on the extraction technology,efficacy,development and application status of major bioactive substances in common Allium plants is reviewed,and the future development prospects are proposed. This paper provides a reference for the in-depth study and comprehensive utilization of Allium resources and the development of high value-added products.
