摘要
作为重要的畜牧育种手段之一,胚胎移植已成为中大型养殖场不可或缺的基本技术。了解其包括同情发情、超数排卵、合子的获得与移植在内的不同技术环节,有助于胚胎移植技术体系的建立与优化,同时为相关人员提供一定的技术参考。
        As one of the important breeding methods, embryo transfer has become an indispensable basic technology in large and medium-sized farms. A comprehensive system was described at here about the application of technology in the livestock, including sympathy estrus, superovulation, embryo collection and embryo transplants, etc in recent years. And some current problems of the technology were summarized as well as the future trends to provide a convenient reference for the majority of researchers.
